What data we collect
When you create an account we store your username, email address, and a hashed password. When you connect Strava we store your Strava user ID and an access token to fetch your activities on your behalf. Activity data (GPS traces, timestamps, distance, sport type) is fetched from Strava and stored so we can compute your challenge coverage.
How we use it
Your data is used exclusively to compute and display your cycling coverage across Belgian route challenges, and to power the leaderboards you opt into. We do not sell data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Leaderboards
By default your display name and coverage statistics appear on public leaderboards. You can opt out at any time from your profile settings; your data is removed from all leaderboard queries immediately.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies
We use a single HTTP-only cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or analytics cookies are set.
